Mixmasters
is the Premium Brand Event of Jazzy Concepts and
it is on it's 10th Year in 2006. On 12th March
1997, DJ Jazzy Joe decided to celebrate his Fifth
Anniversary with a Unique event that brought DJ's
together from different parts of India and put
them together as a team where they jammed live
to give the crowd the best of their collective
efforts. Keeping in view that all the participating
DJ's were 'Masters in the Art of Mixing &
Performing', Jazzy called the event ' MIXMASTERS
' and decided to make it an Annual event. Today,
Mixmasters is heading towards it's decade celebrations,
the longest time for any entertainment brand alive
& rocking all over India and has it's own

Jazzy
Joe was the first DJ to bring Hip-Hop to Delhi
in 1997 with his Rockin' Hip-Hop Fridays at MKOP,
Taj Palace, at a time when no one from the industry
thought that it would work. But it worked in such
a magical way that the place was soon Rocking
and you could not go back home on a Friday night
without being there. And thus came the second
concept from Jazzy Concepts with Nonstop Hip-Hop,
R&B, Ragga and Rap Mixes by Renowned DJ's.
Today, it's a first of it's kind tour in India
where two DJs perform together all over the country.

a nutshell, this event comprises of Nonstop Music
and Fashion blended together as main ingredients
in a night targeted at Models, Designers, Export
Houses, Diplomats and Corporates who like to let
their hair down. The
music policy is Lounge, Club & House Music
played by celebrity DJ's. The idea is to build
up an event where people are there for the happening

HIP-HOP Mixes by International DJ's, DJ TONY (Africa),
DJ NEBIU (Africa) & DJ JAZZY JOE (Delhi).
As part of DJ Jazzy Joe's 'Annual Celebrations',
the event has created waves in Delhi, Shillong
& Chennai ! DJ Jazzy Joe is Known for his
prowess in Hip-Hop, Reggae & Ragga music,
his 'Intuitive' and 'Creative' Scratching &
his Famous 'Hip-Hop Fridays'. DJ Nebiu and DJ
Tony from Africa have also been promoting Reggae
and Hip-Hop in India with their unique creative
style of playing the beats. And, when these DJ's
from different backgrounds, places and specialties
come together, they become the Hottest Promoters
of the Hip-Hop & Reggae Revolution. |

ENERGY 2003 ( held on 7th November ) featured
Nonstop House, Trance & Progressive Mixes
by Renowned DJ's of these genres from all over
India and HIGH ENERGY 2002 was also a sizzling
affair with Delhi dancing away to the groovy sounds
of DJ SANJAY DUTTA ( Kolkata), DJ FREEAATMAH (
Mumbai ), DJ PHILIP ( Delhi ), DJ ARJUN ( Delhi
) & DJ DEEPANKER ( Delhi ). |

Valentine's
being the Lover's Day, this Brand New Event focuses
around Romance and features décor, music
and games that reflect the same. That is why the
byline of the event is 'Play the Games of Love'.
Lovympics 2004 was a Big one with a 14-Hour Nonstop
session at HOTSPOT, Jazzy's self designed club
on Delhi's border. Joining Jazzy on the tracks
was DJ Sunju and also Edwin Fernandes, who came
in as part of the special celebrations. There
was the young call center party crowd in the daytime
and as the evening turned romantic, the young
at heart came over for some Hot & Romantic
tunes. |

This
Brand New Event focuses around 'Arabic' culture
and features Décor, Music and Dances that
reflect the same. The event was Launched in 2005
as part of DJ Jazzy Joe's '13-years' Celebration
and was on an All-India scale with Jazzy and renowned
International Belly Dancer Noor, who is very well
versed in the fine and elegant art of Belly Dancing,
travelling to Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune,
Kolkata & Delhi to promote the concept &
Rock the Nation ! Also, workshops were held at
the cities where Noor shared basic steps and info
about the art of Belly Dancing with enthusiastic
ladies. The
2006 tour has also begun with Jazzy & Noor
already Rockin' Chennai, Guwahati & Shillong.
